you really shouldn't search for gm's here ^^, you should pick those who you know/trust..as for dev's i doubt any quality developers will see this post and come to you..thats how it works.

I think you should atleast give some more details if you want someone to be a dev or gm for you and not randomly pick people that may or may not know what to do.
