On Epvpers u cant get them search around u will find them but also take the time to learn C# so u can make a source i would say start off with a basic source like Lotf and learn the basic about that remove things see what happens add things see what happens

the how to make the binary server is just about every where here on forums but links to them are pretty much banned now. you could try pming someone who u suspect has them, another method is i think i saw them one day on a translated arabic site from google when i was looking for a fix for the AccountServer 5065. hope that helps.
