failed to connect

im having an issue, players cant connect to my game server. i port forwarded, added hosts, changed the oem files, and edited the config files can someone help me?

all servers start fine and im able to connect

does the ip 192.168.1.1 have anything to do with it? shouldnt it show my external ip.

i have found that port 8653 doesn't respond when i turn on the servers and responds when i turn them off...
