You can always get scammed in some ugly ways...
I heard about one who scammed more than 1000€ with paypal.
But I guess there are 80% less scammers than here x]

i wouldnt pay with paypal,u can get scammed very easily.
but yes u can buy and sell stuff on ebay.:)

The Scamm-Rate on Ebay is very Low. I think so.
