SJsro REgister problem

im on the site but idon't understand what i have to fill in at :

cause when i fill it in with numbers and press register is says:

and if i translate that with google, it makes no sense.

someone know what to fill in there?

thanks:), but i already managed to do it :) i just copied some tekst from their screen in the contact adress space:P, and some random numder is the contact cc :D, but, thanks for the efford :)
