What does this mean in detail? can i sell my ship resources from anywhere i am?

The cargo trader makes it possible for your P.E.T. to trade cargo from anywhere in the galaxy at anytime.

i think it means you get 30% more creds ;). and the bottom line means that no matter where you are you can always sell your resources (except palla)

yes you get 30% more credits if your pet sells the cargo you can do it everywhere but the pet is for some minutes not available to use..
