i have problem in get promoted at level 110

i made my own server client 5065 and i have problem...
players cannot get promote at level 110 promotion

You did not make whatever you're using. You just simply setup it. It's most likely the TQ's binary that was released. If you had made it yourself you would know how to fix or possibly code the promotion fully.
