I would like to buy an account on(or at? I dunno) the EUW-Server.
Must have:
• Level 30
• 16+ Champions
• 1 standard AD-Rune Page (like Marks: Flat AD, Seals: Flat Armor, Glyphs: Flat/OverTime MR, Quinns: Flat AD)
I don't care about League+Division or Skins.
An additional AP rune page would be nice, but it isn't an must have.
I will only pay via. PaySafeCard. Around 10€.
