2. Insert that hex and convert it to binary code WOW!
3. Lower your binary and play around with with it.
4. convert it back to hex and place it there.

Just change that line (as it says). You may need to learn hex in order to know exactly what values you are changing, and by how much. You could also just do a trial-and-error style edit, where you login and edit it until you reach the desired speed.

Ok, in Decimal, the script gives you a speed of 1081007406. The normal running speed for a character without wings is 1075942785. With wings, your speed is 1076877066. Every 934281 that you add to the number increases your speed by about 10%. So in order to increase you speed, decide how high a speed you want. Let's say you are after a 50% faster speed. So add 934281 x 5 to your base speed of 1075942785. Then convert the total to hexdecimal, and replace the value 406EDD2E with the new desired speed.

However, keep in mind that if your speed is too slow, but still faster than you can go legitimately, you may draw unwanted notice. I'm not sure what the minimum speed to be invisible when moving is.

every 1038090 u add to 1075942785 increases speed by 10%, works out to b 103809 increases speed by 1%.

1075942785 change this number to 1085942785, and u basically look invisible while running untill u stop or slow down. it will look to ppl as if u are teleporting.
