Just tested this on my ep4.5 ps_game.exe.

error cmd not found
Meaning, this command is available only from ep5 on, or at least that's what I think.
error arg count basically means you've entered a wrong amount of arguments.
Type
/help as a command and execute it. It will give you all the available commands as well as the number of arguments they require.
