I recommend you to play the Crossfire for your Region, because it isnt Fun at all, to lagg around in CF:EU and it pisses other ppl off.
Go to your Regino for a fine ping and good gaming experience.

CyberGhost isn't illegal and there's a free "test" version with 1GB traffic limit. You often get german IPs then, so it should work. But I don't know if 1GB traffic in lifetime, for a session (which makes most sense), for a day, ....
