looking for serious project developers

Hi guys:

here i am agian... now in a new project...

i need 1 or 2, o 3 trust people who can give me some help...

for the project i need some functions:

1.- make a random ip, a mask... I need my IP address is untraceable and unrepeatable

then

2.- register a user in game and pass the tutorial (something of this can be fixed)

then

3.- do some staff in the account...

then

4.- log in a program...
