A theory about opening Lineage 2 important to read

Hi all of us saw that ocean opened a new private server in a new popular game called Lineage 2 my theory is:
He made that lineage 2 server because he will close ecsro servers soon.... due to hacking etc
thats my theory please dont flame a discuss the theory.
