Need help with VMware net connection.

I can't access the internet on vmware and Hamachi won't connect.
I can't find it on forums or in google.
The tutorials seems to have their connection working.
Can't find any guide to fix this.
I already made a server 2 years ago but now, it's seems I have a problem.
I just can't make the connection work.

Been finding solutions for 6 hours. -.-'

Check that the VMWare network adapter is enabled. If/when it is try switching between NAT and Bridged type in VMWare settings.

I can't find the VMware network adapter in Network Connections

I'm using the Win2003 on VMware and Win8 on my PC.
I'm using a laptop with a wireless connection to the internet.
What should I do? I can easily find Network adapter on my pc, but I can't find it on VMware. :l

My problem was fixed.
Just downloaded and installed [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] inside VMware and Unchecked it on each network adapters.

Network adaptor is not in network settings of ur machine but at options of vmware. Just look around at the bar at top and find it.

I can't find any SQL Server for windows 8.
When I try to install SQL Server 2008, it's says something about incompatibilities

dunno why on earth you would suggest this

1) win 8, is shit, an OS is nvr worth having until its been out for at least 18 months, by then most of what makes it shit has been fixed

2) hardly nothing is compatible with win 8 yet, most things that are, are rigged to work with it

3) dekaron doesnt even need or require any OS past xp/ server 2003

4) the SQL servers dekaron runs best on, arent compatible with win 8 and prolly nvr will be

you need to tweak the connection in the actual VM software, stop the server, then find the settings inside the VM, look for the network settings.

the best setup for a dekaron server is windows server 2003 and sql 2000 w/ sp2, anything more is overkill and will just make things more complicated, and the VM sux ass to work with as well, best to get a dedicated machine.

Was just making a server for fun/my own.
Can't really fix network connection on VMware. :/

Why use vmware. What OS u got ? U know with vmware u can only use hamachi to connect.

Sql 2000 probly works or use 2005/2008/2012 just find out which works .. ppl say 2000 doesnt work on win7 but it works fine so dont belive what most of the software info tells u what its compatible with try sql 2000 from ultimate dekaron server tutorial just google it
