How to change my HWID?

Hi all i have a problem. I don't know why, but my HWID is not recognized when I submit it in my user profile, so i thought to change it.
I tried to change my HWID using VolumeID, or editing my register or changing my PC Username but nothing is working, can you please help me?
My OS is a Windows 7 64 bit.

Reformat your pc.

Maybe there are other ways, but I just know this one.
