Dark Orbit help Required

I have an issue. BigPoint support won't help.

I have an account on a Dark Orbit.
I have the BigPoint portal in my email, but not the dark orbit account itself.
Somebody hacked my old email and took the account from me.
They also sold everything on the ship.

What I'd like to do is take back the ship and play it again, even though it's an outlaw with no equipment.

But before I can do that, I need to have the account in my email again.

Help!

support doesn't give accounts and equipments back....i don't know why they are called "support"....bah...

Just make/buy new account. Dude your accout is lost now :)

I know they don't, I'm asking if there's any other way around it.
Support should be called "look at the issue and laugh"

I have gotten my accounts back multiple times By now...
The Account losses i did not recieve back, like 150mil honor the hacker destroyed was not given back.

The guy even bought booty keys and promo back 25% cheaper items.. hahaha
I recieved the acc back, and never got hacked again untill i got banned with it.


Maybe this changes the case but i was in top gamers club on a few accounts Those times.
Just tell them fair, what you think of theyre action, that they do not help players but they are called the 'support'... And that you wil stop playing from this point, and ask all you're friends to start playing another game.

May sound stupid, but they lost enough players right now ... Support are ordered to keep players happy and help them so that they wont give up the game.


Ask them what you need to do to get the account back, also you should go to the police, etc etc

When was it that you got ur account back , becasue darkorbit Changed there rules and will not give accounts back ''Now''.......

I to got my account back when it was hacked along time ago........

Well I've tried asking them nicely and they aren't doing it. I could ask again but jeez...
