Skill bug /Plz Help :)

hola all.

1. My psver got some bug with new skill (131+),it show effect work but no have damage can't kill monster , how to fix the damage for all skill of all character.


2.How to show Death fron Time on other map?.
need to show DF time in Draco desert how to fix?.

if you edited the files and and change something wrong it could happen.
you said you are admin, so i dont think its cuz of large laggs. (like on some other server: i made DA and it made like 1 hit lol)

i alrdy edited some skills of my server, otherwise i would upload it.

if i was you, i would explain more about the problem..
is it for all skills?

ser not all skill just same the picture only .
and i just want to know where for fix about skill or every thing about skill ?.
In Request_quest Folder ? or Item folder or skill folder ?
