There really isnt any explanation needed its an undetected cheat engine.
Some private servers have crappy anti-cheats that either detects what your window title is or looks at cheat engine's signatures to block it. So this one is an altered version of cheat engine so the anti-cheat shouldn't pick it up. So use it like any other cheat engine
