my friend needs a hoster possible 24/7 for hosting a source

i'm hoster i have 8 satatic ip my Pc is
gigabit AMD 74
ram 4G
Processor AMD 5000+ 2.60 GHz
DSL Speed 2M and i will upgrade it to 8M

If I help I'll help only PeTe_Ninja for free... Coz' I know he is not a total noob like others searching for hoster... My friend is currently hosting 9 Servers so it won't be a problem for the 10th... (I guess) Here's his configuration:

-AMD Phenom II X4 925
-AMD 790FX Chipset
-NVIDIA GTX 295
-6GB of 800MHz DDR2
-Windows Vista Ultimate (Unnecessary to know)
-Liquid Cooler (Can work 30-50[depends on RAM memory in use] days without restarting or turning off PC)
