Could openstealth be classed as a pixel bot as you have to have your browser open to use it thus making it safer along with proxy?

No, it works with packets and does not use your cursor to click like a pixelbot. Also, you are not required to keep your browser on top when it collects, you can shrink it and do other stuff while botting.
