[HELP] How to make this ini

Ok well im kinda stuck i know how to make this Ini but i dont know how to make this where it will make it all ini i only know how to do it for one here is this in mysql now i dont want to add this but can someone show me how to make all that into Ini?

i am in the army and 2 i know how to make one of the things ini but not all of them becuse its doing 3 things in one line i only know how to make it do 1 thing for ini

if you want to try binary i can give you mine.. it is good and i don't need it :)
