Searching for silkroad personal ( developers, gm, support )

As the title says, i'm looking for someone that has enough experience to build secure and costumize a server as fast as possible.
I got a dedicated server
x4 xeon procesors
8 gb ram ddr3 2,000 hertz each
1gb real interned speed
