There isn't any ACP Service in the moment.
Everybody who say that he have acp access is a scammer.

Yes acp can unban accounts, but as Rainbow Dash said, there is no acp access for the moment..

It won't be online for long time.
If it's online some people in the DO Talk will announce it or you'll find a thread about it in the Browsergames Trading (many scammers in the last months)

I know an username: Mod_Frueda he change the pass :S but you always can bruteforce it, it's 6 - 12 characters lenght and it combines numbers and letters, last password was "Ghe3dAkO34Das"
