Changing cooldown in winhex doesn't work at dekaron eg, I'm sorry.

Other way I know is by cheatengine but haven't tried to find the adress yet :P.

Why do you post these same request threads every time a new server gets online. It's the same f8cking shit for all servers. Use the damn brain. If you know how to make hacks for one server it's the same for all of them. And yes, there are tutorials. There's a f8cking lot of tutorials...
