how to fixed getting 1 day ban

i have been trying to fixed this problem for two days
i have tried reinstalling the client but still after 3-5 min i get DC and when i log in its already restricted... can anybody help me how to fixed this

1 Day ban cannot be fixed. You need to wait 0:00 server time to get your account unbanned.
If you're using some bot then the bot need to be fixed.
