when i try to log in on my account i get a message about NEED FOR SPEED WORLD TERMS OF SERVICE...i click I ACCEPT and then i get an error: THERE HAS BEEN AN UNDEFINED ERROR, PLEASE CHECK THAT THE SERVERS ARE AVAILABLE AND TRY AGAIN...WTH is that ??? how can i enter my account???

ummm you might have been banned. check if you can log into the other server. so if ur apex, try chicane. if u can log on the other u should be ok

not necessarily. my friend got that error too when he tried to log in apex, even though he could log in chicane. it turns out apex was having server issues (it was mentioned in a EA live chat from what i heard), and to wait like 6 hours or something and try again.
