Allow inventory problem.

Hi,

I have been working to fix this for months. I can't seem to isolate where the issue can be. I've seen different forums with this issue, but fix was posted. I was hoping someone can assist with me with this ^^

Problem: The radio button to disable "allow inventory view" is stuck to enable. In other words, it won't let me disable it =(

Can someone point me to the right direction to fix it. please..
