Help plz TzPhQy problem

i read zerocool9's post how to update tzphqy already
i did everything it said on the post,but it still didnt work for 4.6.23
is that all i neeed to do is changing version.dat code to 3214B34E and updating CRC file?
also i m not sure how to update CRC file, is that just drag the folder share in data folder to CRC folder?

i dont think its the same problem as the posts appeared before, i did read the post about updating problem for.23. and cant find the similar case.
i already update the version.dat as the tut post said.
its not the same posts as others and the other tut posts didnt mention
or i wont create post.
if i still got anything wrong with my post just tell me, link me the post already here to solve this kind of question if u think i m noob
