How do I fix this error im recieving while trying to create a private server?

I am having a problem where the services terminate abnormally when trying to install, how do i fix this?

when i try to install the database everything fails like so:

I have found others with this error but they have not told me how they resolved it.

Is it really that hard to attach the databases and install the server manually ? That .bat file simply speeds up the process, while you are kept in the dark about what happens. Laziness.. laziness.. laziness..

The episode 3 database didn't come with it manually. I coulda attached the episode 4 database download. Couldn't find episode 3. I was really into making an earlier version of Shaiya. I might try that again soon. For now I will focus on Episode 5 and 6. I found the answer to this problem from those threads already. Do any of you know if the episode 4 database would work on an episode 3 Private Server? I still am a lil bit interested in making an earlier version of shaiya. I am really into episode 3 8D. There doesn't apear to be any real episode 3 private servers out there. Those I have found were tooken down from DDos attacks or they did not secure there database correctly, so somebody was able to connect to it and bring it down themselves.
