i hate noobs..

everyone please watch out for deadwarrior on your hamachi/servers....hes been spamming and just regularly pissing me off all because i banned his beloved best friend...gosh i hate noobs :rtfm:

i was thinking and this is relavent to your posting, what if all the server owners got together and made a list of people that have caused issues in thier servers. yeah the players might change thier names but we all know they have behavior and stuff that ever changes. Just an idea

Sometimes it changes :p as me when i was in epvp using my old Account : Memodark4sony i was a flamer and all thought me a spammer but when i made Spy520 i was peaceful with all :p

Well, what deadpool said , lets make a ban list of all players ..

that is no good.


because if people try newname, (deadwarrior)
and they do not know that he is on ban list, they get banned for no reason? :lol:

Nice point you got there. Maybe if somebody has the same name and his/her name is in the list. He/she has no reason to be banned. So, the list should have their hamachi ips included to make it a reasonable ban(if this is not what you said.)

Well, second problem ... you have servers that work with no hamachi ...

so the IP is a problem ....

I think this kind of people you can not exclude .

you can create a list, and if we think we have the same person as on the list.

to punish him harder, if he does something wrong.

(like IP ban)

it's not because he is hard on other server.
that he is hard on every server.

so, I am against a ban list.
it has many more disadvantages than advantages

this is how i am thinking about it.

about Hamachi IP , Sorry we are in a tech world , a 10 years old kid can format his PC and restore his files from a Backup and alot of noobs will just format their PC to Spam so Using Hamachi IP is useless

IP Banning: There is something called Dynamic IP which changes every 24 Hours that if you don't Restart the Router/Modem alot

I think the only way to ban is using Mac-Address Ban but how can we do this :?

spy its not every 24 hrs .... my dsl is dynamic .... being that i don't overheat my router i can say solid (same ip, speed etc) for 2 months + .... if you reboot it then bang new ip ... i could have as many new ip's as i want in a day .... good for rapidshare

banning a player weather it is ip, name etc will not work as names you can change ... ips you can change ... ip's you can proxy ... you can change your isp ... whole new range of ip's then

+there is a Programs that makes your IP Fake :/

you can simply delete their account ...

ok they can come back ... but you need to delete their account again.

because each time their account is deleted again and again, they leave your server

because it is no longer fun.


requires more work, but finally they are gone!
and are not simply re-play with any other IP

theres never a way because people can just change things .... you can do alot to stop it but never ever will it stop in full .... being they know what they are doing :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
