If you play at a cafe or w/e, If you dont know the routes pass then you wont be able to open the ports.
EDIT: Maybe try running the source at your friends house and then go to the cafe and give it a try and if it does work with you being able to loggin at your cafe, Then maybe you should take it under consideration that you should let your friend run it instead of you.
