Need Help with R11

hi guys i have a small problem may some one have a solution for it
when i try to log into servers with KOCP r11 the game suddenly colses and i dont know what to do :( too many servers i cant play cuz that problem

u right install it? the most server u need old kalonline, no updating, then put the server files in the kal folder ;O? i think ^^

dont play on private.. it sucks ^^

btt:
try to close firewall etc. netlimiter, too. even to see if it works. if that dont work, try it from an other pc/laptop only too know if u installed all right
