If You mean the webservice no-ip
You only can use this for homepage not for
the server (game.exe & .INI´s)

It's just like a free domain, you can use it if you have IIS, Xampp, Apache etc.

ı gameserver using and ( webserver using but ama only register , rank vs.. )

how gameserver ıp xxxx.no-ip.org or no-ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ?

and no-ip apache , xmapp or IIS how connect ?
