[VSRO] Global manager suddenly closes!

hello Epvp.

i've been facing this problem and couldn't find a solution. hoping someone here can help me :)

Problem: when i open the cert--> then global manager it's closes so fast that even i can't read what it gives me as an error.

but i could Print screen it quickly so here is it...

i'm already done with DEP. also the cfg is correct.
