sjsro down?

I was playing sjsro a few days ago and now I got a new harddrive and I installed ecsro 1.091 and I've tried like 4-5 different Media.PK2's and I can't find one that lets me connect.

Everytime I open the launcher it says sjsro is under inspection.

Is it down or are the media.pk2's I used wrong?

Could someone give me a good working Media.pk2?
