The range if you activate the call (INT/Pserver) or you move far away that ppl still have call (INT)

Guess he means that he can make a Call in Cop(for example),and ppl in the tomb get it too...but i guess you cant do this,but not sure.

Yes I mean to have an commander in party, and having his call activated, but he will get no exp.
