Dekaron Server

Hi, I am very familiar to Dekaron itself. I am wondering if ANYONE has their own little test server that i could possibly connect to and be allowed to have [DEKARON] Tag, i know how to use openconsole, i am trying to learn everything i can about DEVing and GMing. My reason is so i can familiarize myself with files and see if i can't maybe make my own..
