Unable Connect To Server

Okey guys i really need ur support. I am unable to connect to Shoux Server and it's something with my GF's laptop. It's a bit long story :D I hope u will be able to help.

When i'm at my home i can log in with my and my GF's laptop w/o any problem, at her home i can log in with my laptop, but when i'm trying to do it with my GF's i am unable to connect. I can't even actually open a website. I tried to open a website via proxy and it worked. But proxy is laggy and etc.
I changed may Mac Adress didn't helped. I opened forwarding ports on router didn't helped. I contacted my internet provider my they by mistake somehow blocking it, no they are not. Antivirus is closed, Firewall is disabled also tried to allow the program via firewall didn't helped. I did everything. With cmd promt i did ipconfig /release and /renew it also didn't helped. And i actually don't want to give up not because to play, but because to solve the problem for further. Any1?

I think its not the mac address, maybe her public IP is block on that server. Check also if your IP static and your proxy too.. If her IP was block then u have change ISP or turn off your Modem for 1 day, if the your current Public IP will change then your lucky :D..

Could u be so kind and give me a bit more information what to do with that mac adress filter? disable it or ? (: i'm not that good as you :P

I think he mean that your mac address is filter or block on that site or server.
