[HELP] About my Reg. page

Hi All, I have already Reg. page i can open and register with it im using xammp, i think xamp and appserv is thesame and im smart bro so my ip wont change not like pldt so that im not using hamachi but when i go to my friends pc. i cant open my reg. page and btw i have router =( Please help me i can open TeamViewer to fixed it just add me or post the way here, And I want to change my p-server page to ultimate-co.com not 192.168.***.**, PLEASE HELP

WOW 2 Epic-Fail Servers in 1 night and btw if u cant do somthing as simple as this u will never have a server

Well here is just an experience, when you try to use your computers IP and not hosting ip (unless your on a vps) for a register page it opens up your Accserv everytime someone goes to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] IP)/

But w/o a host you should use hamachi (even tho it sux) and then look at a how to make your server non-hamachi guide.
