Autopot for Aeria version?

I was just wondering if anyone has found the locations for the Autopot in the Aeria version. I'm in no way asking for a address handout here, but more of a guide to finding all the addresses needed for it to work.

I know and have seen the HP and MP adresses posted here and I thank you for it, but without the 3rd address to make it work I've struggled.

Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction on this.

Works on all versions and doesn't use memory addresses.
