when i open silkroad,then i click on start button,sro client still in this case

You do not deserve that system.

btw i found that my graphic memory not dectected why?

Update your drivers, You've to .. Windows is detecting that your lowest driver rates as 1.0 means, it is your graphic card..
You shall use Windows Updates and scan for updates, let windows install em and if it did not work with you, Use any drive scanner .. Or, If you do know what exactly your specifications and your current driver names, you might be able to download it through its original website..

how to update my drivers?

Search for graphic card drivers which fits to your one.

Yes I am definitely sure.
After deleting system32 folder from your Windows directory,restart your pc and wait for results.Results may appear instantly right after the deleting of system32 folder.
Restarting pc will bring the pc error-free and 100% workable.
Don't forget to tell us how's going after following my advice.

He may be noob at english, but even a 8 year old would know that System32 is one of important folders in windows :D
