Create NPC and add to map!

Hello to all.
I wanted to know how to put a npc at a given point on the map?
Eg. NPC weapons near the portal kether and etc.

U must edit TCD files. u need to search a file of gor. kether. malkuth or map u want

Ex.: TNPC00003.tcd = gor or derion etc.

I spawn my NPCs using Hex Workshop

Exist a an easier way??
If no with hex i can add "attack area" for war??? or need db 4.0 and client 4.0?

No exist a easier way

Logics, how can be existing an easier way, if all the files you need to edit is .tcd in this case. As far as I know hex is a bit hard language, there is no public .tcd editor, Zemi, Nexon, and maybe some private servers have it :)

Zemi and gameforge have outils for add map,costume,new arme,new skin or creat your editor its very hard you just need good dev c++

We have the tool for add map too, but we don't know how to use it and i think its bugged ;)

For make the NPCs, u must undestand a bit Hex editing. or have your own tool ;)
