The mysql Server isn't running!
you can start it with

Code:

service mysql-server start

but if this doesn't fix the problem, look how much hard drive you have, cause it could be full ;)

Yes, is very filessystem full in /var :S

Try to clear your errors.
You'd visit your core directories and delete syslog + syserr.
Try to remove unnecessary files.
