Update Bot

Hey, Im not sure if there is something im not getting but ive never updated before and i dont quite get how to Update tzphqy-bot ever since 4.6.22, ive read a few guides but none helpful to me ive gone to

But i dont see no screen shots, So i dont know what to do, Would anyone please be kind enough to give me a detailed tutorial :) thanks
