does anyone know this error ?

SYSERR: Jun 14 14:13:10 :: GetMoveMotionSpeed: cannot find motion (name Wild Dog race 101 mode 0)

I am facing resets in game , when i am walking it takes me back and says pvp protected has been set

go to navicat > player > mop_proto > go to Wild Dog and go to folder, replaces the entry in wolf

It's called "mob_proto" and don't replace it with wolf. Replace it with stray_dog.

And it has nothing to do with his main error. Why does the server takes you back every time? It's simple. Your client is using a different movement speed than the server allows. Maybe you're walking too fast or even different than the server registered your movement speed. The difference tells your server that it needs to take you back. It's kinda method to stop speed hacks.
