The new Mirror's Edge has only been one of many presented games at E3 in Los Angeles. However, only a teaser trailer provided us with some information about the game. Frank Gibeau, president of Electronic Arts, talked some more about this sequel to clarify what this game is about. According to his words, this action game is going to take place in an open world - completely contrary to the Mirror's Edge we know. When taking a look at the video, we get to know the female main character Faith - clearly recognisable thanks to her tattoos - already in the first few minutes.
Patrick Söderlund, vice president at EA Games, said in an interview with CVG that the new Mirror's Edge title could "only be built in next-generation - it's not possible on the current generation". Thus, we could only expect a release for PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
