paypal error <help me>

Hello
I have problem paypal, when I try to send money to someone. It write error (we're sorry but we can't send your payment right now). Can someone help resolve the problem?

My paypal have: VCC, and it's verified.

Who firstly give me correct info to solve my probelm, I offer 5€ :)

it seems to be, that the vcc is the problem.
Look at this Thread: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

You can try to use IE otherwise it's the vcc ;)

Yep I'm already watched that forum. But I tried with 2 vcc, so I dont think the problem is with them. The man who gave me the VCCs are trusted.

Had the same problem last week with Chrome. If i tried to send the money via firefox it worked.

I already tried Opera, Firefox, IE
And not work :/

I think the problem is still the vcc's. Maybe you should try another vcc from an other shop.
