AK Socket Help

Hey

I'd like to know how I should socket my level 85 AK's weapons. Do I use like, the Rombus? or the %'s bonuses. Also, if its the %'s bonuses which should I use? fire? I'm a dual wield if that makes any difference

I always put in 1 axe 52's to boost up the dmg and on the other I put 5%'s ( I'm dual ).

The best for pvp is poison since mages have natural resist to the other element.

And is it the same for PVE?

Poison do fine for pve too since there's almost no mobs with poison resist. The best choice for pve would be Ice .

okey rhombs= +300dmg
5% ice/poisn = +30% elemtary dmg

i would choose % gems better in my opinion

2k base attack for example
2k + 4(52) = 2208 assuming your weapon has 4 socket.
2k * 4(5pc) = 2400

I have always use gem when my base attack is over 2k. Also you know this has been discussed over and over and over on 2moons official forum right? In every class sections.
