How To Fix RT Lag???

Hey All! ,i was just asking i faced a big problem When i enter any Room all players appear to me RT :P so that means iam RT some times my ping reaches to 1k :P so i was just asking if any one can help me how to solve RT pls poste your answer Here :handsdown::confused:
