Usually what players say to private server admins that have some farming on their servers is : "If I wanted to farm I'd go play OS."

You'll go play OS if you're in the mood to suicide. Not sure, but I think farming has left the game area and was transferred over to the donation area.
The best real farming can be seen on private servers, especially on those where you can actually get as uber as a donator simply by farming.
